How to request a return ?
Click “Request a Return” below or email info@maisonhjewels.com Please Include: Order number which can be found in online order confirmation email or under your account in “Your Orders” section. Reason for return.You have up to 14 business days after receiving your online order to submit your return request. Our in house team will assess the request (based on return eligibility).
Include all original packaging and materials. Our carrier will pick up your package at a date and time that suit you directly to the address mentioned when you return by mail.
Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund of your online order will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. Any damaged jewel can not be the subject of a refund. To recall any personalized jewel (engraving) can not be the subject of a refund or an exchange. A request for engraving can be made after the purchase.
