All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Dubai, UAE.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is available, and shipping costs will be calculated and shared based on the final destination.
How long will my order take to ship?
• In-stock pieces: dispatch in 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-order or custom pieces: 3–6 weeks, depending on design and materials.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.
How is my order packaged?
Every piece arrives in Maison H presentation packaging suitable for gifting, placed inside discreet outer materials for secure transit.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final unless your item has been received damaged. In such cases, please contact us immediately at clientcare@maisonhjewels.com and provide details and images of the damage. Items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
What is non-returnable?
As all sales are final, only pieces verified as damaged upon delivery will be considered for return or replacement. Custom and bespoke pieces remain ineligible for return.
Sizing & Resizing
How do I determine my ring size?
You may request a complimentary sizer or use our printable guide. For the most accurate results, we recommend visiting a reputable jeweler.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes—most Maison H rings include one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery, where structurally feasible. Some designs (such as eternity bands and pavé styles) cannot be resized and will be made to order in your exact size.
Custom & Bespoke
Can you customize a design?
Absolutely. We can adjust metal color, carat weights, and gemstone combinations—or create a fully bespoke piece in collaboration with our design studio.
What is the lead time for bespoke?
Typically 6–10 weeks, depending on design complexity and stone sourcing. Your Client Care specialist will provide a tailored timeline and quotation.
Repairs & Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Maison H provides a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. This does not cover wear-and-tear, accidental damage, loss, or unauthorized repairs.
Do you offer repairs outside warranty?
Yes. Our atelier offers repair and restoration services, with estimates provided prior to work.
Materials, Diamonds & Sourcing
What metals and stones do you use?
Maison H works primarily in 18K gold and platinum, with natural diamonds and select colored gemstones.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
We source exclusively from trusted partners and adhere to recognized industry standards (including Kimberley Process compliance).
Care & Cleaning
How should I care for my jewelry daily?
• Avoid contact with hard surfaces and chemicals.
• Remove jewelry before sports, swimming, sleeping, or applying cosmetics.
• Store pieces individually to prevent scratching.
How do I clean my jewelry at home?
• Gold and diamond pieces: soak in lukewarm water with mild soap, gently brush, rinse, and dry with a lint-free cloth.
• Delicate stones (emeralds, pearls, opals, etc.): use only lukewarm water and a soft cloth; avoid ultrasonic or chemical cleaners.
Do you offer professional cleaning?
Yes—complimentary inspections and cleaning are available by appointment or through mail-in service.
Gifts & Packaging
Is gift wrapping available?
All Maison H orders arrive in signature packaging. Personalized gift notes may be added at checkout.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes—many styles can be engraved. Lead times and character limits apply.
Payments & Financing
We accept most major credit cards as well as bank transfers. For high-value purchases, our Client Care team will provide bank transfer details upon request.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We will do our best to accommodate address or order changes prior to dispatch. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Authenticity
Every Maison H piece is crafted in-house and is eligible for lifetime servicing through our atelier. Please retain your documents and packaging for reference.
